We were offered this experimental therapy. Does anyone know anything about it?

Immunotherapy of Relapsed Neuroblastoma with Dinutuximab +/- Lenalidomide.
A New Approaches To Neuroblastoma Therapy (NANT) Treatment Protocol.

More recently this has popped up
Last I heard about a year ago they were struggling to make NK cells work well with NB treatment, in the lab results were amazing but tuning this to a real world setting has proven difficult.
I would defiantly recommend asking the oncologist about Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory Neuroblastoma and Osteosarcoma With Expanded Haploidentical NK Cells and Hu14.18-IL2 - Full Text View - ClinicalTrials.gov which also involves a humanised anti-body which is more potent than the mouse based one. Also in cases of relapse if you are US based I recommend contacting a few hospitals that lead in this department like MSK / CHOP and so on.
