Last I heard about a year ago they were struggling to make NK cells work well with NB treatment, in the lab results were amazing but tuning this to a real world setting has proven difficult.

Also in cases of relapse if you are US based I recommend contacting a few hospitals that lead in this department like MSK / CHOP and so on.
